Abstract

The article provides an overview of the associated disease in autopsy practice known as Dercum's disease or neurolipomatosis. This article reviews the clinical and pathological aspects of this disease, including its prevalence, symptoms, and tumor characteristics. Particular attention is paid to diagnostic and treatment methods, as well as their influence on autopsy results.
