The article highlights the importance of vitamins, minerals, and proper dietary patterns in maintaining children’s physical and cognitive health. Additionally, it discusses the consequences of unhealthy eating habits, such as the consumption of processed foods, and offers insights into how early dietary interventions can prevent future health problems.
