Abstract

This article discusses the comparison of morphometric indicators of the liver, weight with the norm under the influence of anti-inflammatory drugs, including Paracetamol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Dexamethasone. It discusses the use of anti-inflammatory drugs, polypragmasia, micropreparations for an accurate and objective assessment of changes in organs and tissues, in particular, the analysis of morphometric data. In the experiment, the absolute weight, characteristics, pathological condition, morphological form and changes of a group of rats were considered based on analyzes and examples.
