Abstract

This article reveals the psychological mechanisms of placebo and nocebo effects, their impact on human health and consciousness. Scientific research, patient stories, the role of cognitive distortions and neurobiological processes are analyzed. Practical recommendations are presented that will help use the power of self-hypnosis for good.
