Abstract

Ушбу тадқиқотда CОВИД-19 билан боғлиқ сон суяги бошчаси аваскуляр некрозини даволашнинг функционал ва инструментал натижаларини тахлил  қилинди. Бу касалликнинг клиник кўриниши турли хил бўлиб, инструментар тадқиқотлари пайтида тасодифан аниқланган асимптоматик ҳолатлардан тортиб, чаноқ-бўғимидаги оғриғи ва функционал бузилишларгача намоён бўлди. Ташхис клиник баҳолаш, рентгенография ва магнит-резонанс томография (МРТ) ва лаборатория текширувлари комбинацияси ёрдамида амалга оширилди. Хулоса қилиб айтганда, CОВИД-19 билан боғлиқ сон суяги бошчаси аваскуляр некрози билан касалланган беморларда  натижалари учун потенциал таъсир кўрсатадиган мураккаб клиник сценарийни тақдим етади.
