Abstract

The problem of replacingdentalrows with dentalimplantsfollowed by prosthetics of patientsusing non-removablestructures,especially metal-ceramic ones,isveryrelevant.Dentalimplantation has longbeen a routinepractice,and the aestheticproperties of ceramicsgivepatients a sense of comfort,innersatisfactionandconfidence.Atthe same time,suchstructuresareoftenthecauseofperiodontaltissue diseases,bothsupportingteethandsupportingdentalimplants.Pathologicalchangesinperiodontaltissuescanoccuras a result of the impact of the prosthesismaterialon the adjacentgumtissue,as a result of the interaction of the dentalimplantwith the oralenvironment. The negativeeffect of non-removabledenturesonperiodontaltissue of supportingimplantscan be aggravated by the designfeatures of the prosthesis,poororalhygieneandotherfactors.
