Abstract:

Lifestyle changes that address important aspects including nutrition, exercise, quitting smoking, and stress management are crucial in lowering cardiovascular risk. Research indicates that heart-healthy eating, regular exercise, and quitting smoking are among the therapies that can dramatically reduce the risk of cardiovascular events. These modifications not only strengthen the heart but also improve general health. This article examines how well lifestyle changes can prevent heart disease and offers advice on how people can apply these changes to their everyday lives.
