The article analyzes the psychological and biological consequences of early marriage in the lives of young families, as well as the diseases associated with this condition. Real-life situations in the regions of Uzbekistan are given as examples and the negative impact of early marriage on reproductive health, mental stability, and the family environment is shown. At the same time, ways of psychoprophylaxis and promotion of healthy family life are also highlighted.
