Occupational pathology of the oral cavity is one of the pressing problems of modern dentistry and occupational medicine, due to the steady increase in the number of workers exposed to adverse production factors. According to the World Health Organization, more than 2.8 billion people worldwide work in conditions of exposure to various occupational hazards, and oral diseases of occupational etiology account for up to 15-20% of all occupational diseases in the structure of the total morbidity of the working population.
