Abstract

The polycystic ovary syndrome is one of the most frequent endocrinopathies at women of reproductive age. Frequency polycystic ovary syndrome makes about 30% among patients of gynecologists-endocrinologists, and in structure endocrine baronesses reaches 75%. To 95% of cases of hirsutism at women it is connected with a polycystic ovary syndrome. Diagnostics methods are extensive and are not limited only to reproductive sphere. In article the basic methods of diagnostics and treatment strategy patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are presented.
