Clinical and Morphological Substantiation of the Diagnosis of Chronic Disseminated Periodontitis in Chronic Viral Hepatitis B and C

The diagnostic paradigm of chronic disseminated periodontitis in patients with underlying systemic conditions requires comprehensive understanding of both local and systemic pathophysiological processes. Chronic viral hepatitis B and C infections represent significant immunomodulatory conditions that substantially influence the clinical presentation, progression, and morphological characteristics of periodontal disease, necessitating refined diagnostic approaches that account for these complex interactions.
