The aim of the study was to evaluate clinical and laboratory parameters and the state of structural and functional changes of cardiovascular system in patients with CKD at different stages of development in Samarkand region. Early diagnosis of cardiovascular complications in CKD is the basis of complex therapy of patients. Combined work of nephrologist and cardiologist, with high probability, leads to good results of treatment and timely management of possible complications.
