Modern Immunopathological Changes and Views of Vitiligo

This article covers the results of today's advances in science about the role of immunological processes, which are important in vitiligo. Investigations conducted on the identification of cellular and tissue hormones - cytokines, which participate as promoters of melanocyte apoptosis or suppressing its activity in the tissue, are studied. The collected data serve as the main source of information important in the study of the etiopathogenesis of the disease.
