The problem of compliance (adherence to treatment) in patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) remains one of the most urgent in modern cardiology. According to the World Health Organization, low adherence to therapy is the leading cause of insufficient effectiveness in the treatment of chronic diseases, leading to an increase in the incidence of complications, a decrease in the quality of life of patients and an increase in medical care costs.
