In the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis, conservative methods are mainly used. The purpose of this review is to provide an analytical and comparative assessment of methods for treating chronic sinusitis. The study material was an analysis of 25 articles devoted to the treatment of chronic sinusitis, published in the international databases PubMed, Scopus and e-library over the past 10 years. The review showed that in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, sinus lavage through natural openings is an anatomically safe and effective treatment method.
