Abstract:
This article reviews the etiology, causative factors, and diagnostic approaches of otitis in dogs. It highlights the role of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, and ear mites as key pathogens, as well as breed predisposition and anatomical features that contribute to disease development. Various diagnostic methods, including video otoscopy and cytological examination, are discussed as essential tools for confirming the diagnosis.
