The integration of data analytics and health information systems is revolutionizing healthcare by enabling more informed decision-making and fostering innovation. At the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan, these technologies are being increasingly adopted to improve patient care, optimize operations, and enhance overall healthcare outcomes. This study aims to explore the extent to which data analytics and health information systems are being utilized at UCH, assess the awareness and perception of their effectiveness among healthcare professionals, and identify the key challenges and future prospects associated with their use.
