Abstract

One of the congenital forms of myopathy is progressive Duchenne muscular dystrophy, which manifests itself in preschool children and is characterized by a deficiency of dystrophin function, manifested by a decrease in the strength, stability and functionality of myofibrils. The information in this section cannot be used for self-diagnosis and self-treatment. In case of pain or other exacerbation of the disease, diagnostic tests should be prescribed only by the attending physician. You should consult your doctor for a diagnosis and the appointment of the correct treatment.
