Congenital esophageal stenosis is one of the most complex problems in pediatric surgery that requires special attention from both a diagnostic and a therapeutic point of view. This pathology, which occurs with a frequency of 1:25,000 - 1:50,000 newborns, can lead to serious nutritional disorders, physical development of the child and a significant decrease in the quality of life of patients.
