This study explores the impact of various risk factors on the likelihood of developing cardiovascular complications in young patients with ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (ST-ACS) undergoing thrombolytic therapy (TLT). A total of 100 patients with ST-ACS were included in the study, all of whom were urgently transported by ambulance to the Acute Coronary Syndrome and Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of the Samarkand Regional Branch of the Republican Scientific and Practical Specialized Medical Center of Cardiology. The participants were divided into two groups: Group 1 comprised 70 patients who received TLT using streptokinase at a dose of 1.5 million IU, while Group 2 consisted of 30 patients treated with conventional therapy.
