Chronic heart failure (CHF) is one of the most pressing problems in modern cardiology, representing the final stage of most cardiovascular diseases. In recent decades, there has been a steady increase in the prevalence of CHF worldwide, which is associated both with increased life expectancy of the population and improved survival rates of patients with various cardiovascular pathologies.
