Theредставлены results of treatment of 82 patients with biliary peritonitis as a complication of acute destructive cholecystitis are presented. Biliary peritonitis as a complication of acute destructive cholecystitis was observed in 7.1% of patients. There was a prevalence of propotny form of peritonitis, observed in 67.1%, biliary peritonitis due to perforation of the gallbladder wall was observed in 32.9% of patients. Priority use of minimally invasive surgical interventions (diapeutical, endoscopic and laparoscopic methods) in the treatment of local biliary peritonitis as a complication of acute cholecystitis was successfully performed in 67.3% of patients in the main group.
