The article presents a comparative analysis of the immediate results of surgical interventions in CHD patients with multivessel lesions who underwent CABG- OPCAB, depending on the BMI level. Despite the ongoing numerous studies devoted to the study of CABG outcomes that contribute to improving the quality of life, reducing the period of rehabilitation after CABG, it is necessary to further study the results of these interventions in groups of patients with comorbid pathology, including obesity, to improve their outcomes of operations and prognoses, both immediate and long-term.
