Abstract

Postpartum septic complications remain one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality, accounting for 15-20% of obstetric complications. Of particular relevance is the study of risk factors and mechanisms of development of this pathology, among which inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity play a significant role.
