The article examines the results of the study of the immune status in patients with nonspecific aortoarteritis in the dynamics of combined therapy. Calcium antagonists, ACE inhibitors and antiplatelet agents. Data on the undeniable advantages of combined antihypertensive therapy with the equator and thesseron, affecting a large number of the most diverse links in the pathogenesis of NAA - the activity of immune inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, hypertrophy of the myocardium and vascular wall.
