The tactics of managing patients with the threat of early termination of pregnancy should be based on an integrated approach, taking into account etiological factors and identified hemostatic disorders. Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in pregnant women is a serious autoimmune disease that can lead to severe complications and even the loss of a child.
