Abstract:

Systemic inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis is accompanied by hyperplasia of synovial tissue, structural damage to tendons, bones, and ligaments. Until now, the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not completely clear, effective therapeutic agents have not been identified.
