Abstract

This article examines the psychological health of children, focusing on the impact of stress and trauma on their emotional and mental well-being. It explores the various causes of stress and trauma, such as family conflicts, bullying, and academic pressure, and how these factors can lead to conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The article discusses the symptoms of psychological distress in children and emphasizes the importance of early intervention. It highlights effective methods for overcoming stress and trauma, including therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, social support systems, and parental involvement. By addressing these challenges, children can develop resilience and better coping mechanisms for managing emotional difficulties.
