Abstract
The article examines the role of physiotherapy in the prevention and treatment of sports injuries. Physiotherapy occupies an important place in modern sports medicine, ensuring the recovery of athletes after injuries and reducing the risk of recurring damage. The article outlines the main physiotherapy methods and their effectiveness for post-injury rehabilitation, as well as measures for preventing potential damage.
