Vascular brain lesions in adolescents represent a heterogeneous group of diseases characterized by complex pathophysiological mechanisms and diverse clinical manifestations. The characteristics of the anatomical and physiological development of the nervous system during puberty, including myelination, synaptogenesis, and vascularization processes, determine the specific course of cerebrovascular pathology and require the application of highly sensitive diagnostic methods.
