Abstract

Dyscirculatory encephalopathy (DE) is one of the most pressing problems in modern neurology and gerontology, characterized by progressive brain damage due to chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. According to the World Health Organization, cerebrovascular diseases rank third among causes of death and are the leading cause of disability among adults in developed countries.
